Solutions 4 You Now is a shop, owned and run by JCA Group with its principal place of business in the United States.
The idea behind it is not complicated. Most online stores solve the problem of choice by offering more of it — thousands of listings, a specification table pasted from a supplier, and nobody to ask when something goes wrong. We would rather do the opposite: carry a handful of products at a time, write down what each one actually is, and be reachable when you need us.
How we choose things
We look for objects that hold up over months rather than minutes: a lamp you leave on the side table, a pair of shoes you wear five days a week, a spray you finish the bottle of. If we cannot say something useful about a product, we do not list it.
What we will and will not tell you
Every description on this site is written from the manufacturer's own specification sheet. Where a product carries a brand name, we name it. Where something matters before you buy — a voltage warning, how the sizing runs, a reason to patch test first — we put it in the description rather than in the small print.
Where we do not know something, we say so. We do not quote delivery dates we cannot control, and we do not publish reviews we have not received.
Ordering and returns
Shipping is flat-rate: $5.95 to the United States and Canada, $9.95 internationally, with tracking and insurance available as an upgrade at checkout. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on anything unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
